1️⃣ General Terms

  • ArmanX AI provides digital AI workflows, templates, and automation systems.
  • By purchasing, downloading, or using our products, you accept these Terms & Conditions.
  • ArmanX AI reserves the right to update, change, or terminate these terms at any time without prior notice.

2️⃣ Affiliate Program Terms

  • Affiliates earn 20% commission on every successful sale made through their unique coupon code.
  • To be eligible for commission, the customer must use the affiliate’s assigned coupon code during checkout.
  • Any discounts applied to the coupon code will be deducted from the commission payout.
  • Payouts are made monthly, subject to minimum withdrawal requirements.
  • ArmanX AI may terminate or adjust the affiliate program at any time.

3️⃣ Refund Policy

  • No refunds are provided unless the workflow/template contains a verified error or bug.
  • Refund requests must be sent to info@armanxai.com with full details of the issue.
  • Refunds will only be approved after review and confirmation by ArmanX AI’s technical team.

4️⃣ Usage Policy

  • Products are for personal or business use only and cannot be resold, redistributed, or shared without written permission.
  • Any misuse of our workflows, including illegal or unethical use, will result in termination of access and possible legal action.

5️⃣ Product Usage & Setup

All purchases made on our website are strictly for templates, workflows, and AI systems. Please note:

  • You are responsible for setting up and integrating the purchased product into your own environment.
  • ArmanX AI provides the template/workflow/system only, and does not guarantee automatic setup.
  • If you would like ArmanX AI to perform the setup for you, this will require separate charges.

6️⃣ Liability Disclaimer

  • ArmanX AI workflows are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.
  • ArmanX AI is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our products.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring compatibility with their own systems.

7️⃣ Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
  • Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
